<span class=\"hps\">S\u00ec<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">ve le far\u00f2 vedere<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">anche a <\/span><span class=\"hps\">voi !<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">*<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">__<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">*<\/span> Ma a<span class=\"hps\">desso basta parlare<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">al lavoro!\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.justlovecookin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Integral-loaf-with-quinoa-strawberries-and-coconut-crunch-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1141\" alt=\"Integral loaf with quinoa, strawberries and coconut crunch 1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.justlovecookin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Integral-loaf-with-quinoa-strawberries-and-coconut-crunch-1-640x640.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a>[note color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221;]<strong><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"it\"><span class=\"hps\">Ingredienti<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">2 uova<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">100 g di burro<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">250 g di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">yogurt greco<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">50<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ml<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">di latte<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">200 g di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">zucchero di canna<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">vaniglia<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">1<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">bustina<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">di lievito in polvere<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">250 g di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">farina integrale<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">60<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">g di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">quinoa<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">secca<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">semi di lino<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">di sesamo<\/span>, <span class=\"hps atn\">di girasole (<\/span>opzionale)<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">200<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">g di fragole<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\"><strong>Per il topping<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">1<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cucchiaio di farina<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">2<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cucchiai di zucchero<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">2 cucchiai di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cocco disidratato<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">2<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cucchiai <\/span><span class=\"hps\">d&#8217;avena<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">30<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">g di burro<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">freddo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"hps\">Preparazione<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"hps\">Versate la quinoa ben sciaquata nella pentola dove avete messo 120ml d&#8217;acqua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quando comincia a bollire<span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"it\">, <span class=\"hps\">coprite<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">con un coperchio e<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">lasciate cuocere<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ancora<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">per 15-20 minuti<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">T<\/span>ogliete la pentola dal fuoco quando la quinoa ha assorbito l&#8217;acqua, e fate riposare <span class=\"hps\">per altri 5 minuti<\/span>, sempre coperto.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">Preriscaldate il forno a<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">180 \u00b0 C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">In una ciotola<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">mescolate<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">le uova<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">il burro<\/span>, lo <span class=\"hps\">yogurt<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">e la vaniglia<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">Aggiungete la quinoa (ormai fredda)<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">setacciate sopra la farina con<\/span> il lievito e <span class=\"hps\">aggiungete i vari semi<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">e lo zucchero<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">Tagliate le fragole<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in quatro<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">e incorporatele<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">con cura<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">nella composizione<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">Versate il tutto<\/span> dentro uno stampo da plumcake da 15 x 9 cm, foderato con della <span class=\"hps\">carta da forno<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span>o <span class=\"hps\">burro e farina<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">Preparate il<\/span> <strong><span class=\"hps\">topping<\/span> <\/strong><span class=\"hps\">mettendo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tutti gli ingredienti nel<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">robot<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">e<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pulsando<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">per alcuni secondi<\/span>.
