molte<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">storie da raccontare e<\/span> un&#8217;infinit\u00e0 di <span class=\"hps\">foto da mostrarvi<\/span><span class=\"hps\">.<\/span> Sto a<span class=\"hps\">ncora lavorando<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sul<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">post di vacanza<\/span>, ed <span class=\"hps\">\u00e8 quaaasi pronto<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">: )<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Abbiamo girato dei bei paesi<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">e abbiamo visto<\/span> dei <span class=\"hps\">posti<\/span> e delle cose <span class=\"hps\">bellissime<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Mi<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">\u00e8 difficile<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">riassumere e<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">scegliere<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">solo qualche<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">foto<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">dalle migliaia<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">fatte<\/span>, ma <span class=\"hps\">vedr\u00f2 cosa posso<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">fare.<\/span> L&#8217;e<span class=\"hps\">state<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sembra non essere ancora<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">finita, per\u00f2 io <\/span><span class=\"hps\">sono<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">gi\u00e0<\/span> entrata in <span class=\"hps\">un mood<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">autunnale<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">e non sto<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">parlando di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">malinconia,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ma della continua voglia di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">comfort food<\/span>, di <span class=\"hps\">t\u00e8<\/span>, di cose cotte al forno, di mele e<span class=\"hps\"> noci<\/span>, di <span class=\"hps\">zucche<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">e di tutto ci\u00f2 che<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">vuol dire un autunno<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">allegro<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Adoro<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">questa sensazione<\/span>! <span class=\"hps\">Durante questo periodo ho<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cambiato<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">alcune<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cose e ho preso delle <\/span><span class=\"hps\">decisioni importanti<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span>non <span class=\"hps\">pensate al<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">matrimonio<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">&amp; Co<\/span>, stiamo bene <span class=\"hps\">cos\u00ec<\/span>) <span class=\"hps\">e<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">non<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">potrei essere<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pi\u00f9 entusiasta di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cosi.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Elettrizzata<\/span>, direi. <span class=\"hps\">: )<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Sono<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">contagiosa<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">quindi attenti se mi state accanto <\/span>! <span class=\"hps\">: )<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">In questo periodo cucino anche<\/span><span class=\"hps\">.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Cucino con tanta passione e<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> con amore<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Per le persone care<\/span>, per <span class=\"hps\">la mia<\/span> <span class=\"hps\"><a href=\"http:\/\/whatlibertyate.com\/magazine\/\" class=\"hps\">non<\/span> con dei <span class=\"hps\">croissant<\/span>, che per\u00f2 <span class=\"hps\">batte qualsiasi<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">budino di pane<\/span> mai <span class=\"hps\">mangiato prima<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Croccante<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">fuori<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">e cremoso<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">all&#8217;interno,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">con arachidi tostati<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">e<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">profumo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">di cannella<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">e<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la pi\u00f9 meravigliosa<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">salsa al<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">caramello e Bourbon<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Non puoi non adorare&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">60 ml acqua<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">120 class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Instructions<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Mettete l'uvetta ad ammollo nel Bourbon (o qualsiasi altro tipo di whiskey avete).<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Imburrate una pirofila o una teglia grande e mettete il pane tagliato a cubetti (grandini pure loro).<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Per un colore pi\u00f9 ambrato e una consistenza pi\u00f9 croccante, potete tostare i cubetti di pane per cca 8 minuti nel forno, ma non \u00e8 obbligatorio.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Togliete l'uvetta ormai idratata e cospargetela sopra il pane.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">In una ciotola mescolate le uova con lo zucchero, quindi aggiungete la panna (quella vera, non zuccherata), il latte e poi il Burbon rimasto dall'uvetta.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"5\">Versatelo sopra il pane, premendo leggermente in modo che tutto il pane assorba il liquido, e lasciate cosi per 10-20 minuti.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"6\">Tritate grossolenemente le noci o le nocciole e mescolatele con lo zucchero e la cannella, quindi cospargete il tutto sopra il futuro budino.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"7\">Cuocete nel forno preriscaldato a 170 \u00b0 C, per circa 40-45 minuti, fino alla doratura.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-method-section\" yumprintsection=\"3\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Preparate la salsa<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">In una pentola, mettete lo zucchero e l'acqua, e fatelo sciogliere a fuoco medio.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Quando l'acqua evapora, inizier\u00e0 il processo di caramellizzazione.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Durante questo processo, non dovete mescolare assolutamente; si pu\u00f2 invece girare la pentola.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Quando il caramello \u00e8 diventato di un colore dorato intenso (non lasciate che diventi marrone), prendete la pentola dal fuoco e aggiungete la panna.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">Mescolate con una frusta, e aggiungete un pizzico di sale e 2-3 cucchiai di Bourbon.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"5\">Rimettete sul fuoco per un'altro minuto, ed \u00e8 pronto.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-note-section\" yumprintsection=\"4\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Notes<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class='blog-yumprint-notes'>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-note-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">La salsa pu\u00f2 essere messa dentro ad un barattolo termoresistente e conservata nel frigo.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-note-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Non indurisce del tutto, per\u00f2 se si vuole riportarla ad uno stato pi\u00f9 liquido, pu\u00f2 essere riscaldata nel forno a microonde per circa 10 secondi, o nell'acqua calda.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-note-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Servite il budino con un po' di gelato e con della salsa al caramello.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>    <div
