<span class=\"hps\">: )<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Lo so<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">\u00e8 passato<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">molto tempo da quando<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ho postato<\/span> l&#8217;ultima volta, <span class=\"hps\">e mi era mancato cosi tanto il processo<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> cucinare<\/span>\/ <span class=\"hps\">fotografare<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">\/<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">editing<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">\/<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pubblicare<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">\/<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">condividere,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">che<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ho promesso<\/span> a me stessa di non allontanarmi pi\u00f9 per cosi tanto tempo dal blog<span class=\"hps\">.<\/span> Basta, n<span class=\"hps\">iente pi\u00f9<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">scuse<\/span>!&nbsp; Vi racconto un po&#8217; c<span class=\"hps\">osa<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">c&#8217;\u00e8 di nuovo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">nella mia vita?<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Vi dico<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> l&#8217;ultima:<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">3 settimane fa<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">io e il mio<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">fidanzato<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">abbiamo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">preso una decisione<\/span>: <span class=\"hps\">d&#8217;ora in poi<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">vivremo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pi\u00f9 sano che<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mai<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Gi\u00e0<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">mangiavamo abbastanza sano da<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">bel po&#8217;, <\/span> <span class=\"hps\">appena ci rilassavamo un attimo,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">iniziavano a crescere<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">le piccole<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tentazioni<\/span><span class=\"hps\">.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">E<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">questo non va bene<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Niente affatt<\/span><\/span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"it\"><span class=\"hps\">&#8230;<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">E siccome<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">l&#8217;alimentazione <\/span><span class=\"hps\">non \u00e8 tutto<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">abbiamo iniziato<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">un percorso<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">di trasformazione<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">i nostri corpi<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Saremo pi\u00f9<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in forma e<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pi\u00f9 forti di quanto non lo siamo mai stati<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">E metto<\/span> qua <span class=\"hps\">per iscritto<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">per mostrare<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">quanto siamo decisi<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">andare<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">fino in fondo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">e rendere questo<\/span> il nostro<span class=\"hps\"> stile di vita<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"hps\">Non so<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">se<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">avete mai sentito parlare di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Insanity<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(<\/span>clicca <span class=\"hps\">sul<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">nome per<\/span> lo <span class=\"hps\">spot<\/span>), <span class=\"hps\">che \u00e8 anche chiamato<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">&#8220;<\/span>L&#8217;allenamento <span class=\"hps\">pi\u00f9 duro<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mai<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">messo in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">dvd<\/span>&#8220;, questo <span class=\"hps\">se il nome<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">non dice<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">gi\u00e0 abbastanza<\/span>. <span class=\"hps atn\">E&#8217; una <\/span>totale <span class=\"hps\">follia<\/span>, davvero. <span class=\"hps\">Dopo il primo allenamento sono stata male<\/span><span class=\"hps\">,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">il secondo giorno<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mi faceva male <\/span>nella parte sinistra quando facevo i power jumps (tremendi!), il <span class=\"hps\">terzo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">gi\u00e0<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">mi muovevo abbastanza bene, <\/span><span class=\"hps\">e<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">adesso, dopo 2-3 settimane, riesco quasi a<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tenere il passo con<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Shaun<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">T.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">E lasciatemi dirlo <\/span><span class=\"hps\">che \u00e8 difficile<\/span>! <span class=\"hps\">Immane<\/span>. Mi sono sempre lamentata di non avere forza nelle braccia, e adesso ho gi\u00e0 dei muscoli. <span class=\"hps\">E<\/span> abbiamo <span class=\"hps\">appena iniziato<\/span>! <span class=\"hps\">Non esiste proprio <\/span><span class=\"hps\">non vedere dei <\/span><span class=\"hps\">risultati<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">perch\u00e9 diamo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">il 100<\/span>%, <span class=\"hps\">45 min<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">\/<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">giorno<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">6 giorni a settimana<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">fino a restare senza un<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">briciolo di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">energia nel corpo<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Il secondo mese<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">\u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 difficile<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">ma<\/span> noi <span class=\"hps\">siamo pronti<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">: )<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">E&#8217; cos\u00ec<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">rassicurante sapere<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">che hai lavorato ogni singolo muscolo del tuo corpo<\/span><span class=\"hps\">&#8230;<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">: )<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Ci siamo gi\u00e0 abituati con gli allenamenti, non ci sembrano pi\u00f9<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">un peso cosi grande<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">e so<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">che<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">non<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ci fermeremo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">dopo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">questi due mesi<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Abbiamo deciso di prenderci<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cura dei nostri corpi e di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">non<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">rilassarci<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">troppo, perch\u00e9<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">danneggia gravemente alla salute<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">E alla felicit\u00e0<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">E all&#8217;autostima<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">E ho<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">una lunga lista<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">di motivi<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">: )<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">E poi io voglio<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">gli addominali scolpiti <\/span>! <span class=\"hps\">: )<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"hps\">Per<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tornare al<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> cibo<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">d&#8217;ora in poi<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">penso che<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> poster\u00f2<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> pi\u00f9 che altro<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">quello che mangiamo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">per pranzo o per cena<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">frullati<\/span>, colazioni, <span class=\"hps\">spuntini sani<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">e roba<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">del genere<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Spero che vi piace<\/span>r\u00e0<span class=\"hps\">,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">perch\u00e9 il cibo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sano pu\u00f2 essere<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sorprendentemente delizioso<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">quando<\/span> ci aiutiamo <span class=\"hps\">si aromi, di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">erbe fresche<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">e proviamo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">nuove combinazioni<\/span>. L&#8217;i<span class=\"hps\">nsalata<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">di oggi \u00e8<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">un pranzo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tipico<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">(vengono<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">2 porzioni<\/span>, non vi spaventate dalla <span class=\"hps\">grandezza del piatto<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">: )<\/span>). <span class=\"hps\">S<\/span><span class=\"hps\">cegliete il tipo di<\/span> insalata <span class=\"hps\">che <\/span><span class=\"hps\">pi\u00f9 vi piace.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Ultimamente<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sto giocando<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tanto<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">con la combinazione<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">di frutta e verdura<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">e<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ha gi\u00e0 creato<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">dipendenza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"hps\">Mangiare <\/span><span class=\"hps\">la carne insieme alle verdure<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> di qualsiasi<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">genere<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">garantisce l&#8217;assunzione<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">di fibre e<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">glucidi<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Mangiarla con delle<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">insalate<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">(contenenti<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">vitamina<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">C<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">B<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">carotene<\/span>), aumenta <span class=\"hps\">l&#8217;assorbimento del ferro<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">nella<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">carne<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Per non dirvi che il dressing al lime<\/span> <span class=\"hps atn\">(che crea un&#8217;ambiente <\/span>acido) <span class=\"hps\">favorisce<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la digestione delle proteine<\/span>\u200b\u200b. <span class=\"hps\">Solo<\/span> cose buone qua ! <span class=\"hps\">: ) Ma<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">voi che mi dite <\/span>? Vi a<span class=\"hps\">llenate ?<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Mangiate sano<\/span>? <span class=\"hps\">Neanche noi non eravamo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">campioni in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">questo<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">finch\u00e9 un giorno<\/span><span class=\"hps\">&#8230;<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">non il primo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">giorno del mese<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">non<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> Lunedi<\/span> e <span class=\"hps\">non<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">una mattina<\/span>, bensi un&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\"> Mercoled\u00ec pomeriggio, abbiamo deciso di cambiare tutto<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">La cosa importante<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">\u00e8 rendersi conto<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">come \u00e8 sano<\/span> muoversi, sudare e <span class=\"hps\">mangiare <\/span><span class=\"hps\">sano<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">sentire di aver <\/span><span class=\"hps\">fatto<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">qualcosa di buono<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">per il proprio corpo<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"hps\">Vi lascio con<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la mia citazione preferita di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Jim Rohn<\/span>: \u201cPrenditi cura del tuo corpo. sale<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-method-section\" yumprintsection=\"3\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Dressing<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">Versate l'olio d'oliva ed il succo di lime in un barattolino.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Aggiungete sale e pepe.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Chiudete il barattolo e agitate per emulsionare la miscela.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-method-section\" yumprintsection=\"4\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Insalata<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">In una ciotola, mettete il mix l'insalata che avete scelto, il peperone e i pomodori a fettine, il mezzo mango pelato e affettato, poi le noci tostate.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">Condite le fettine di petto di pollo (io ho usato del sale aromatizzato con erbe del giardino, processato qualche secondo nel robot), e cuocetele sulla griglia o in una padella
