Supa crema de morcovi si cartofi cu crutoane (de post)

Ingrediente:
2 cepe
2 cartofi marime medie
6 morcovi marime medie
supa de legume sau cub knorr
2 linguri margarina
sare,piper
Mod de preparare:
Fierbem 1 – 1,5 l de apa in care diluam 1-2 cuburi cu gust de legume.Calim ceapa in margarina,adaugam morcovii taiati felii mai groase,acoperim si lasam cca 10-15 min la innabusit cu 1-2 polonice supa de legume.morc
Taiem cartofii cubulete si ii adaugam peste morcovi,turnand si restul de supa.Cand legumele au fiert destul,pasam cu mixerul vertical pana devin crema.cart
Punem sare si piper dupa gust,iar daca e prea groasa o mai putem dilua cu putina supa.
Taiem cateva felii de paine in cubulete cu latura de cca 1 cm.Intr-o tigaie mica punem 1 lingura de ulei si cand e incins punem si cubuletele de paine,miscand mereu tigaia din incheietura,pana cand cubuletele vor deveni aurii.Punem supa crema in castroane iar deasupra presaram crutoane si piper proaspat macinat.Are un gust foarte rafinat si placut.Eu o ador…
